IT Service Management (ITSM) is an intrinsic element of many IT organizations, but a traditional implementation may no longer be sufficient to meet current expectations. Almost all organizations are eager to lower costs while increasing their capacity for innovation – and those that are not yet doing so may benefit from rethinking their strategy. Ideally, everyone would prefer to move beyond just keeping the lights on, instead focusing on supporting the business and promoting innovation. If a company has invested in ITSM and is not seeing the expected results, it’s time to look at what’s missing.
If a critical review of the ITSM implementation reveals room for improvement, the next step is to define an optimization strategy. There are three basic options available to drive ITSM improvement across the organization and one of the options, Lean IT, will be addressed in more details here.
Lean IT is essentially about improving the value of the IT organization by optimizing the behavior and attitude in the IT organization towards continuous value improvement for the customer.

IT today is under more pressure than ever before to deliver resources faster, support new business initiatives, and keep pace with the competition. To handle these demands, you need a flexible, resilient infrastructure that is easy to manage and easy to scale. This means you need to be able to take everything you know and own today and transform those resources into a software-defined datacenter that is capable of handling changing needs and unexpected opportunities.
With Windows Server, Microsoft System Center, and Microsoft Azure, you can transform your datacenter and virtualization has enabled a new generation of more efficient and more highly available datacenters for your most demanding workloads.
When you’re looking at testing a new IT solution—such as implementing a software defined datacenter that includes virtualization, networking, and storage—the best starting point is always to get advice from someone who has already done it. You can learn from experience what to do and what to avoid. That’s the idea behind this book and the goal is to give you step-by-step benefits of proof-of-concept implementation to save you time and effort and how you can take advantage of innovation across the datacenter and the cloud to simplify your infrastructure and speed delivery of services to the business.
This ebook covers a variety of aspects that make up the foundation of the software-defined datacenter: virtualization, storage, and networking. By the end, you will have a fully operational, small-scale configuration that will enable you to proceed with evaluation of your own key workloads, experiment with additional features and capabilities, and continue to build your knowledge.

In the aviation sector, technological development is being carried out in order to enhance economic efficiency, safety and efficiency of aircraft such as environment friendly, unmanned and miniaturized.
Development of eco-friendly technologies such as development of electric power propulsion and improvement of aerodynamic design is underway in order to reduce exhaust gas and noise in accordance with strengthened environmental regulations. Efficiency and safety improvement are being promoted through improvement of navigation technology.
Especially, utilization of UAV and UAV management research are expanding as future core fields of aviation.
The UAV, which was developed and used for military purposes, is rapidly expanding into the public sector, such as telecommunications relay, ground observation, and aerial photographing. Continue reading “Drones and UAV”
I believe quite a substantial amount of people are still quite blurred about how the stock market works? What is share markets? How do we buy stocks? How do I trade? On the other hand, others are still in search of other types of investment such as Bitcoin, a type of digital currencies without hassles and less risky as you don’t need third party to act on your behalf. Within a short period of time, Bitcoin’s value and its investment’s return has been very rewarding. To date, bitcoin’s value is still rising. So, let’s see, what is the difference of these two investments. How it works? Continue reading “Stock Market Trading vs Bitcoin”
Government agencies understand that the success of future missions increasingly depends upon their ability to effectively share and utilize data as an enterprise asset, deploy digital services, and pool IT resources for greater efficiency. Consequently, many agencies are adopting an open hybrid cloud approach to modernization in order to enable the integration and sharing of multiple IT infrastructures.
Some fear that integrating multiple IT infrastructures and sharing data and applications across agencies could weaken security. However, agencies are finding that cloud environments, if they are properly managed, integrated, and designed, can be equally or more secure than traditional on-premise environments.
