A casual content to boost up your mood on a Friday evening!
Hiya! Greetings from Info Trek. Today we will have a special blog-episode of ‘About Us: Info Trek’. Basically, every Friday lah. So, we hope that we can keep you entertained on a Friday. Do stay tuned on the updates about our internal news, and activities.
Right, so I will start up by sharing our awesome pawsome bunch of energetic team members in Info Trek who have been secretly responsible for the uplifting of our company. Here, is a picture of us, if you see any lengzai/lenglui, maybe you can explore and sign up on our courses to… chehhhh I’m just joking. No sales no sales.
In this picture, we were having our kick-off meeting just recently, and there were 2 key take away points that I would like to share with you, because legitly, it’s approve by most of the team members.
One of it was – companies’ appreciation to employees. Pretty sure these days most of the people are hoping to find a company that suits them so they can settle down and focus on building themselves. However, most people don’t realise that, it’s not so much about the job scope to stay longer in a company. It’s more towards how the companies are treating them in return for their hard work. Cheh, suddenly so serious.
So, many of our members shared out that, indeed Info Trek’s management did give us appreciation and acknowledgement, and that’s what makes most people stay for up to 5, 6, 7 years. There’s even an old biscuit (Lou Beng) who stayed up to 15 years. Well, he calls himself an old biscuit lar, not me kay.
The second key take away is – when given a tough task by a management, all you need to do is just have faith in yourself and ‘Just Do It’. No, I’m not promoting Nike products. Trust me, I tried it a couple of times, and it just motivates me to challenge myself. No complaints, no frustrations, just do it. Believe in yourself.
Alright, so that’s a lot for today, if you’re still reading this line, what are you doing here? Get out! Just kidding. We hope our change in content entertained you by a bit on a Friday evening. We sincerely hope that you are working in a job that makes you happy and excited to challenge yourself. Happy Friday Everyone!
